The Rt Hon the Lord Owen CH opened the Portland Square complex at the University of Plymouth on Tuesday 15 July 2003. After unveiling the buildings plaque (which reads: ‘In building the future we remember the past’) Lord Owen initiated the Arch-OS Boot-UP sequence and the PSQ Symphony #1 composed from the buildings data by Eduardo Reck Miranda.
